There were 2 checkouts open with the express lane..we went to the express lane with a half full trolley as the other check outs had so many people in line! We had an elderly couple waiting behind, they had come to this checkout with their trolley half full as well! Their words were " This is just terrible service! ", we agreed. I have MS and eventually went and sat outside and left my husband to handle the groceries. We have shopped at Wilsonton Woolworths since it opened but are thinking of taking our shopping elsewhere. The time was around 2pm, SERVICE should be available no matter what time of day..no service..no customers! Simple!
