  NEVER AGAIN. Ordered in the drive-thru, to be told there's no cooked chicken and it will take 20-25 minutes to cook. Spoke with the manager who had no answers. She said it would take 15 minutes to cook. When asked why the attendant gave the timing 20-25 minutes, the manager said it takes five minutes to 'prep' the chicken. Come on guys, you're one of three chicken outlets within 150 metres. If you can't do better than this, something has to change. Have you wondered why there were no other customers in the drive-thru and nobody in the shop? If you cook to order, you're doing it all wrong. Your product is not so much better than your competitors that you can conduct business this way and expect to prosper, let alone survive. NEVER AGAIN.

  Not even worth for ONE star!!!! Worst experience ever please DO NOT order anything from this restaurant. I placed an online order today for delivery 1030-1045 (they let you choose the time yourself) but it’s 1245 now and nothing has been delivered yet! And online details still showing “Preparing”, what kind of fast food takes 2 hours for preparing????
  Tried to contact the restaurant but phone won’t get through. I have written a complaint to Red Rooster and hopefully will get the refund.

  They ran out of fried chicken? Wanted to order a 6 piece and was told "we can do 5 if you want" for the same price as a 6 piece. Settled for two pieces - got two small drumsticks. Skin was wet, not crispy, and the chips were soggy.

  Don’t spend any money here!! Absolutely appalled with both the service and food here. After waiting over 10 minutes in an empty store we were then served by a rude, sour female worker. We placed our order and waited, again, a stupid amount of time for our food. There was no one in drive through and no other person even walked in. Well we found out why no one goes here.
  After getting our food we definitely did not want to eat there so we continued our drive to Dalby.
  Our food was disgusting. Cold chips, cold burgers, overcooked chicken - absolutely revolting. Why was our food cold when we were the only customers? No wonder the store was empty, the staff are rude (how hard is it to greet properly these days??) and the food is gross. I will be escalating this incident with Red Rooster.
  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

  Ordered through menulog.
  
  Terrible quality and also ripped of as this was supposed to be a triple, but they shorted me one piece and tries to spread them out to look like a full sub, wings terrible and arrived as pictured, half full bag of chips. When I contacted them about it the "manager" made excuses for what is basically the result of poor managemy, and told me to lie to menulog so they refund me.
  
  Shame there isn't a zero star option.

  The wrap was in the bottom of the bag with 2 packs on top... wrap squashed. Not good. Quarter chicken overcooked
